Is it worth upgrading to a 4K TV?

It seems like that is the way things are moving, and I want to buy some new movies on blu ray. However, perhaps I should buy them on 4K and plan ahead for a 4K TV. But is it worth getting compared to HD?
Also will SD DVDs look bad, or even worse, on a 4K TV or now? -

I have a 43" 4K TV. Still it doesn't get much better than 720p. You really need a big screen to take advantage of 4K. That's the main reason why you don't find too many small ones.
About 480p–That's all I have on my Netflix account.

Oh okay thanks. But how many movies look good in 4K though? Okay for example, would a movie as famous as say, Predator look good in 4K? I am just wondering if there are enoug h movies out there that have good 4K transfers that it's worth it. Cause I do not watch TV shows hardly, just movies mainly.
