    ■Substitute red meat with poultry (white meat) and fish
    ■Skim or nonfat milk instead of whole milk
    ■Eat nonfat and lowfat cheese Replace butter with low cholesterol spread or heart-healthy whipped oil spread
    ■Try healthier alternatives such as yogurt cheese or soy and nut milks
    ■Eat foods high in fiber such as whole-grain breads
    ■Grill, steam or bake food instead of frying
    ■A glass of red wine per day can lower cholesterol
    ■Stick with olive oil and canola oil as much as possible
    ■Avoid buying processed meats such as hot dog, salami, etc.
    ■Read the label to make sure not to buy any item with these words partially hydrogenated
    ■Nuts are good
    ■Look for a tasty salad dressing with olive oil or mix your own and keep in frig
    ■Exercise at least 30 minutes each day
    ■Before go out to eat, check restaurant menu online to know ahead of time those dishes are low in cholesterol

      Thanks, these are some very healthy food to eat. I already incorporate many
      of these into my diet but I see some that I haven't and will try.
