YouTube for me. It's the one I go to regularly and I'm rarely disappointed. There's something for everyone there and I don't pay for it.

Not really because I have an extension that removes them. YouTube/Google hates people like me and periodically make it so my extension doesn't work any more. I just hunt around until I find another one and use it until they destroy that one too.
