The only one I can really think of is Hellbent, though its not very good.

        For what it's worth
        Hellbent (2004)
is probably the only true "slasher" style movie I can think of. Whilst zombies and post apocolypse are my first choice, I also love it if people die in movies. Yeah, I can't explain it either but, with LGBT movies, that only goes for anything that's NOT a death related to a hate crime. Not very fond of watching those.
The Gay Bed and Breakfast of Terror (2007)
        The title says it all.
        9 Dead Gay Guys (2002)
It's a comedy/crime movie but I love it cause I laughed so much.
        The War Boys (2009)
Stars a young Brian J Smith woot! I think he dies at the end.
I'm sure there's a few more I can't think of at the moment. I'll post them if/when I remember if you're still interested.
That's my 2 cents and no, you can't have it!

          Haute tension (2003)
I suspect you've already checked this out though.
          Jeepers Creepers II (2003)

          • Gay undertone
            Hard (1998)
          • More detective thriller than slasher but was pretty good.
There aren't really many GOOD gay slasher flicks, so the following are just what I saw.
The Gay Bed and Breakfast of Terror (2007)
          • Silly comedy-horror
            Dead Boyz Don't Scream (2006)
          • Very amateurish, bad acting but the final twist was good.
            Sculpture (2009)
          • This isn't exactly a gay slasher and very bad, but if you like hot hunks, maybe worth a try.
            And I enjoyed Hellbent too.
Never throw away a chance for happiness too quicklyit can get to be a habit.

Ticked Off Trannies with Knives (2010)
            It's bloody awful.
            Boredom is bullsh#t.

Some of these might be more in the thriller genre:
              Basic Instinct (1992)
              Cruising (1980)
              Frisk (1995)
A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985)
The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
              Edit:
              Dahmer (2002)

                      There is
Night Warning-82' aka: Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker
, with Susan Tyrell and Jimmy McNichol which is a goody. It has a homophobic cop and aunt, a gay gym teacher and a pretty boy male lead to which the film alludes to him being gay. Although it cops out a bit, that was just the era.
Don't eat the whole ones! Those are for the guests.
