Jessie is my favorite movie lesbian.
Classic!
She's wouldn't be hot enough for Rocks to get his rocks off too. He's liking on the lesbian films he does for one reason only.

There are more male gay themed movies I like than than lesbian ones. The 4 I listed are the best ones out of what I have seen, unless you can't think of more. I don't care for the post millennial titles.

The movies in the OP hold no interest for me.
Aside from women in prison movies, which almost always have incidental, though overt, lesbianism, I can only think of a few titles that have strong lesbian characters.
"Personal Best" - I have not seen this movie in a while, but I remember liking it okay.
"Daughters of Darkness" - Super stylish horror film with lesbian vampires
I don't know if "Notes on a Scandal" can really be called a lesbian film, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I have not seen "The Hunger", but I have friends who like it.
"Carol" was plain boring and that was a disappointment because "The Price of Salt" (which the movie is based on) was interesting.
It's a documentary, but I really enjoyed the bittersweet "Last Call at Maud's".

I haven't seen
Personal Best
in a while and it tends to fly under the radar with me.
I don't consider
The Hunger
a lesbian film as such, but it certainly is one classy horror film. I just see it as seduction rather than about lesbianism per se.
