Seriously, I'm a 14 year old girl who hasn't had a boyfriend yet, but how do you know if a boy likes you if you're too shy to talk to him? I mean by his body language and everything, don't want to ask him out in case I show myself up, please help :L

You mean you are to shy to talk even if he has started the conversation? He won't even have a chance to like you if you don't respond at all.
If you smile when a guy smiles at you, that's a beginning.
If a guy approaches you and speaks and makes a joke you should laugh at least a little to encourage him. Otherwise you won't be making any progress

I guess if you're still in middle school then that's fine. I was like that too. I'm still like that tbh, and I'm two years older than you! Not saying it doesn't get better, but you have to make it better. just start by little exercises like ask to hang out with some girls you don't normally hang out with.talk to older people which is always intimidating! it'll get better.
