Yeah, the worst offender is Martin Short in
Clifford
(1994) where he's supposed to be a 10 year old (I know that's not a teenage year but that makes it even worse). One of the worst movies I have ever seen.

The synopsis says she's an employee. Most people are employees after school so she was probably not much older than her character was supposed to be.
