Its been a long time since I have seen this film and Richardson's breakdown over the death of her son due to her betraying husband is the main thing I remember about it and have never forgotten it.
Richardson is superb, in a very difficult scene to pull off and she does it remarkably well. This is wow acting and she makes her grief raw, exposed and organic….
