I thought I'd give it a day to see if it works again, but nope.
Normally I wouldn't mind it. I wear a fleece around the house and gloves with the fingers cut because my hands get chapped in the winter. It's from washing my hands so much, not towel-drying them completely and letting them air dry, over the years, in cold weather. I don't like to towel dry completely because then I get germs from the towel on my hands that I just washed lol. I'm big on hygiene. And I turn the heat off while I'm at work alone because I like working in the cold.
Anyway, I'm more worried on my pipes than anything else. it's been getting down to single digits lately.
Right now it's 10 C/49 F in el house. I never had to call about getting a furnace fixed before. Tis gon' be expensive.
