It's 2016. If a certain segment of the population still can't wrap their minds around the internet and banking, then the government needs to get rid of them
Of course, when the government never done enough to provide for the rural poor folks and suddenly they take extreme drastic measure giving the public little options, yes we blame the poor.

The local yuva morcha leader has been creating lots of problems for people trying to withdraw money from the local co-op bank, for not other reason than that co-op banks are dominated by leftist unions. Dude is probably going to get hurt bad down the line.
One thing people never forget is if you beep with their money.
