    wtf? seriously wtf!
Deposits of above Rs 5,000 in banned banknotes can be made only once till December 30, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said on Monday, the latest in a series of banking restrictions after the government recalled high-value bills.
The RBI said such deposits will be accepted only after two bank officials have questioned customers and satisfied themselves on why they had not deposited the money earlier. The accounts must also be compliant with customer information details called KYC otherwise deposits can be restricted to Rs 50,000.
The (depositors) explanation should be kept on record to facilitate an audit trail at a later stage, the RBI notification said.

Bank officials need to be punched in the face after the stunts they have pulled off for the past one month.

It's getting really difficult to support this move.
People who trusted the govt when it said not to rush to the banks to deposit money since they had till end of December, will now have to explain to 2 bank officials. Utterly humiliating.

Many people who support this move have the kind of "if my lord beats me, it is because I deserve it and who are you to question that" sort of slavish mentality of the caste system.
