America is one of my favorites. I think they were my favorite at one point, but my favorite has changed several times. I saw them perform at a casino years ago, and I got to meet them after the show. They were really nice. I was able to get a picture taken with them, they signed my CD, and they gave me one of their guitar picks.

Thanks! I remember when I discovered how much I liked their music years ago and wanted all their CDs, I actually had to get some as imports for some reason.
Some possibly interesting trivia: Six of their album titles from the 70s begin with the letter H. Also, Phil Hartman (from SNL) designed some of their album covers.
