Katy Perry is being accused of sexual misconduct by model and actor Josh Kloss, who was her love interest in her 2010 “Teenage Dream” music video.
Kloss got candid about the alleged abuse in an Instagram post, claiming the pop star pulled down his pants and underwear and exposed his genitalia in front of a group of people at a birthday party at a rollerskating rink. He said the incident occurred after they worked together — and after her 2011 split from husband Russell Brand — and it left Kloss feeling “pathetic and embarrassed.”

Why? all she did was show other party guests the guys dick, there was no sucking, ****ing or even touching. Your just saying it because she is attractive and it makes u look like a simple minded dumb ass, frankly.

It's time for Katy Perry to GO away.
Katy Perry will only have to pay $550,000 in damages over her song, "Dark Horse."
Marcus Gray, the Christian rapper known as Flame, won a total of $2.7 million, a judge ruled on Thursday. Capitol Records will pay the biggest portion of the damages, $1.2 million, with the rest being paid by the other producers and songwriters in the case.
The jury ultimately decided that 22.5% of the total profits earned by "Dark Horse" can be attributed to the musical passage stolen from Flame's earlier song, "Joyful Noise.

He probably made more money (and got extra publicity) because he won the case so it’s a cloud with a silver lining.
I can’t give an actual opinion on wether or not her people stole from him though as I didn’t find either song was worth listening to for more than 30 seconds. I do like how she offered to sing in court after their sound system broke down. -

Well he received what he was entitled to for them using some of his work. That's not exactly a silver lining.

This case was very technical.
Katy Perry's legal team and Flame's legal team relied on their own musicologists to support/defend their side. -

Well, did you watch that video? If so, what is your opinion of Flame vs Katy Perry copyright infringement case, because you really haven't stated anthing other than a general lack of interest in either song and a general sense of apathy towards the case.

I agree with the man who made the video. Some very small similarities with rhythm and effects but not enough to ruin her career. My Sweet Lord sounded a lot more like He’s So Fine than these two tunes do and George Harrison’s career survived.
