There's always someone saying "If Democrats would just cave on [guns, abortion, racial stuff, gays, taxes, green energy, trans stuff, Ukraine, Israel, etc] they'd never lose again." Which I guess is kind of true because if both parties run the entire Republican platform there really isn't a loser in the race. It's still completely stupid.
5 minutes later you'd find something else to cry about anyway when you're told it's a cataclysmic that you Western civilization. Hell, the biggest and most divisive issue - abortion - was completely rebranded as a religion thing by Jerry Falwell in the 70's. He openly admitted he did it to give him leverage in conservative politics. They've been using that same script for 50 years now and you people keep falling for it. -

None of this has anything to do with children. You're whining about a book written by an adult for other adults in the adults section of a library. Even the author says it's not for kids. Which is why isn't not in their section.

I'm not a "They defend it because they like it" guy, but he really does sound like a pedophile.
You should see the reps from the library scramble to try and not answer - because that's what they are doing, not answering - these questions. When asked what value or purpose this book brings to the community or if they think it's appropriate for kids, they just answer, "It's up to parents to decide if this is appropriate for their children." It's pathetic to watch.
