When Jack Warner viewed "Female" he disliked one actor's performance, had him replaced with Mack Brown and ordered all the actor's scenes reshot, with Michael Curtiz as director. Can anyone tell me the name of the replaced actor?

Read the reviews. The obscure actor's name is mentioned in one of them. George Blackwood or some such.
