Were they just giving it away?

Maybe my memory is faulty, but I don't recall the high school kids ever paying for the stuff. They would just show up and it would be handed to them. Makes me wonder just what the dealers' motive could have been - maybe just plain generosity.

Drug dealers aren't in the business to get people hooked and make money. They are working toward the degredation of society. They are trying to turn teenagers into ax murderers with their devil weed.

Amusing, but obviously they were in it to make money since wads of cash were flashed around a few times. I think it's a valid question. I was wondering it myself. Cash flows like water. The dealer is shown paying the big boss man for the devil weed, but nowhere is the dealer ever shown collecting any money. In all seriousness, I would guess they didn't show the kids paying for it because then lower income parents might dismiss the film. If they make it seem like they ARE getting it for free, it's a problem that affects your kids.and your kids.and YOURS!!!!!
