The ones I recognize are Irma Thomas (singer) and Lindsey Cardinale who was one of the finalists on American Idol.
Also, it wasn't listed, but a girl who rode my bus on The Voice, and sorta known in the country genre. I think she goes by Meghan Lindsay now, but her actual name is Meghan Moore.
There are more campus people if you include the whole area I'm in, and not just the town I went to school in. Like Britney Spears is from the top of my parish, and her parents and sister live in my town now. Ian Somerhalder is from a town just east of me. The girl who used to cut my hair got to meet him. New Orleans has too many famous people to list.
