Are we to assume she died in the flood, or did she leave before that? She was definitely there while they were prepping

Are we to assume she died in the flood, or did she leave before that? She was definitely there while they were prepping for the final experiment. But I don't think whether she lived or was killed was ever even suggested one way or the other.

She had left by that point. At the end, it was only Dr. Mannering, Baroness Frankenstein, and the two patients who were in the castle. It is kind of odd for her to disappear off-camera after delivering the line that Larry Talbot is not insane, but I can only imagine she chose to head back to her troupe rather than stay and watch Larry die.

I rewatched the ending last night. It is odd how she just disappears from the film after that line. But it's daylight when she says it and night time when they revive the monster. That's several hours in which she could have left.
I guess maybe she felt he was in good hands since Mannering was a doctor and there to help. (Unfortunately, he decided to help the monster instead.)
