Fascinating material and the level of deleted scenes is quite extraordinary, because some I never would have thought would have been necessary to film at all (Kris flunking the test at Bellevue). But the additional scenes would have clarified the nature of Fred/Doris's relationship which seems to happen matter-of-factly (even though we've always accepted it when watching).

Well, its September 2015 & the holiday season is just around the corner. (Once September comes, it seems like time moves rapidly towards Christmas.)
Anyway, its been six years since I made my Flickr page featuring 'Miracle On 34th Street' & I'm glad to see fans of the film still enjoy viewing my collection. Thank you all ever so much for taking the time to visit my page.

Of the many things I'd do with a time machine (like have Ford galvanize the first Mustangs and make Nat Cole quit smoking), one of them would be to visit the film studios and make sure they didn't throw away any cut footage. Imagine how marvelous it would be to have another 15 or even 20 minutes of original footage from this movie (and so many others) on a reissued/remastered DVD..
                Edit: and thanks
                so much
for making these wonderful snapshots available. Next best thing to actual footage..
Is very bad to steal Jobu's rum. Is very bad.

Thank you. That was lovely to look at.
I don't recall Susie getting a Chihuahua in her stocking?
Was that a present to the young Natalie Wood?
