I'm Jos Domingo, from Barcelona (Spain). I would like to make one question about the film Houseboat. What is the piece of classical music that the orchestra, under the baton of Cinzia's father, shows in a sequency of the film?
Thank you in anticipate for your answer.

It's from the 4th Symphony by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy (the "Italian" Symphony).
In the short scene where the car is approaching the concert place, bits from the 1st movement can be heard. The concert scene itself consists of the 2nd movement of the symphony.
