I am new to TZ so I haven't seen every episode yet. However, of the ones I have seen so far, the twist ending that really took me aback was "The Silence".

I like the double twist at the end of "Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up," but "To Serve Man" gets my vote.

"Spur of the Moment". Not the identity of the woman in black which unfortunately is obvious from the get-go, but who Anne married and that it's revealed only about halfway through the episode. Clever.
