By my calculations, about 74 hours. There's 138 half-hour episodes. The plot and both themes run 25 minutes without commercials. If you're watching the DVDs, a lot of them have a 30-second preview as well, so I multiplied 25.5 times 138 = 3,519 minutes. There are 18 hour-long episodes, which run 50 minutes for plot & themes, and many of which have a minute-long preview at the end. So, I multiplied 51 times 18 for 918 minutes. This totals 4,417 minutes. Divide that by 60 and you get 73.95 hours. Round it up to 74. If you want to include the unofficial pilot "The Time Element" that brings it up to 75 hours. That's 3 full days plus another 2 or 3 hours.
