Usually I find Marilyn Monroe quite stunning and remembered her as stunning in this movie but last night I watched it for the first times in ages.
I noticed that she didn't come across as that attractive. I don't know what is was, if it was because the movie was in b/w or whatever but am I the only on who didn't find her that hot?
She looked a bit run down and definitely looked much older than 25. In general she seemed out of shape.
I'm not trying to insult her but I was amazed that I got this impression. -

yeah it's definitely not what her body usually looked like. I know they say she was a size 12, but I've seen some of her old costumes - a 12 back then was more like a 4 now. She wasn't actually a very big girl normally. She was definitely larger in this. She was still very pretty, but definitely larger than normal.
