I don't hate Phelan at all. Anna is a stupid cow, why does she once again invite him around to her home when she is alone? Silly moo. I have no sympathy for that woman whatsoever. Also why didn't she put the phone on silent? She is dumb. You would think she had more important things to worry about. I can't stand her or her snarling. Eileen is thick too so is Rodwell.

He's a villain what is he supposed to do??????? Drown her in niceties??? that's not how villains work in fiction and besides Faye should have been the one to utter those words to Anna not Phelan since she's been the most victimized by that woman.

She invites him around to her house while she is alone again, and insults him and is surprised when he insults her back? She sticks her nose into something that has jack to do with her, is stupid enough to let him know she has his phone. Given that Phelan is a known villain, she got off lightly. Nobody asked her to get involved, meddling old crow. Wish they had killed her off too, all she does is moan and chop carrots.
