i have to congratulate the person who choose the most beautiful actress and most goodlooking actor to play in this wonderful movie.it is got to be my favorite film all time. i,m sure while you watching this movie,if you feeling a bit low,you will feel much better afterwards. especially that italian riviera constantly in the back ground.it will give you that fresh feeling. i called this film "CLASH OF THE TITANS" because GINA and ROCK were outstanding in this movie.i also have to give some credit to WALTER SLEZAK as well.he was brilliant.A typical Italian butler in this movie.

I don't recall that it's made clear in the film whether he is or not. He does speak pretty good Italian, though.
          Rome. By all means, Rome.

The best scenes in these film involve the unspoken battle between Hudon/Lollobrigida and Darin/Dee. Young vs. old. That actually gives Mulligan some substantial material to work ith. But the surrounding material is banal at best.

I didn't recognise Walter Slezak as Maurice the butler at first. I've been trying to find out if he really did speak fluent Italian. It looked like him delivering those lines without the need to be dubbed by anyone else.
