For those of you who cringe and Braveheart and openly laugh at the Patriot, this is a film about an historical incident that is very accurately portrayed. If you enjoy watching history "come to life" this is for you. Highly recommended.

Hi, strange that you shoudl mention that! I am reading ti at the moment. I really ike the books: he may be a bounder and poltroon and a cad, but at least he is honest about it!

You may want to also try the book it was based on - The Reason Why by Woodham-Smith I think.
