Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Medium Cool

Back in the summer of 69 there was what I thought was a made-for-tv movie about student radicals. I don't remember any of the plot except one radical is probably being hunted by the law and needs to hide his incriminating personal journal. It sticks in my mind because that's why I started to keep a journal. Sorry I can't remember more. A search some years ago led me down some dead ends one to Medium Cool, and Wild In the Streets
    Any leads would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

Okay, it's over a year later, but anyway:
A couple I can think of are "The Strawberry Statement" and "The Revolutionary," both from 1970. If it co-starred Jon Voight, it was definitely the latter.
Both were pretty forgettable, though both had at least a few intriguing scenes. Neither was nearly as interesting as "Medium Cool," as unforgettable and unique a film about political activism as I've ever encountered.
        "I don't deduce, I observe."
