He is credited (in the opening credits, as Francisco Braa) but I haven't spotted him, unless he's the carriage driver in the opening scene, whose face can't be seen clearly enough to know if it was him. Maybe his role ended up in the cutting room floor?
Account inactive till original titles are back as default. Or Hell freezes over. What happens 1st. -

I also never saw him. I'd say you are correct that his role was removed.
