Strangely enough, I actually found this film as "Blue Manhattan" at the 99 cents store as a double feature with "Brother From Another Planet,"
I picked up the same DVD and "Manhatten" has such an awful-lloking transfer.

I have the same disc. "Brother" is a poor enough transfer, but "Manhattan" clearly seems to be videotaped by a camera in front of a tv set playing the movie on VHS.

I found this movie titled as "Confessions of a Peeping John" on VHS some years back at a video store that was closingfor the .50 cents or whatever it cost to buy it, I couldnt resist.
