Love By Appontment is pretty drab, but is better than the previous ones mentioned.
The Butcher and Archie Finds a Friend seem like passable season nine episodes. Archie's humorous approach to the guest stars make those two superior to the others mentioned.

The Billy Crystal one has a couple of redeeming qualities. You can't say it's boring. The old baby-sitter was kinda funny. I love the story Trudy's mother told about how she and her husband drove up to visit the Bunkers a couple of times - whenever they rang the bell, she saw the curtains move a little, then the lights went out.
The episode is bottom of the barrel to be sure, but there are a few below it.
