i saw this film today which is an authentic, gritty and sad look at addiction and what it does to people who were meant to be somebody different. both, Pacino and Kitty Winn, are phenomenal in Schatzberg's honest and bleak yet profoundly shattering portrayal. the sort of feeling that i could imagine a lot of people got from watching

and
Requiem for a Dream
, i got exactly from watching

It true but not by choice she has no money and nobody wants a meth mouthed 50 year old from the Oregon Trail to work off drug debts orally if you know what I be sayin her credit is no good there! If she find random drugs carelessly discarded in dumpsters while foraging for her daily bread it's then and only then back on!
