Monty pops up in this film as the big-eared guy in the fur-lined coat in attendance at Reverend Scott's sermon. He can be seen sitting behind the nurse played by Irwin Allen's wife Sheila. Monty began his acting career as a child actor in silent pictures made in the mid-1920's and upon reaching adulthood embarked on a second career as an extremely prolific extra in both film and television alike. O'Grady's last role was a credited part as a priest in the 1995 comedy Angus. He died at age 84 in 2000. So he was acting for almost all of his life.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
