Can someone please tell me who did the music for the 1973 movie Dillinger, and if there's a web site where I can download the soundtrack. I once had it on an old record, it was called (theme from Dillinger).

I sounds like they used a lot of Earl Scruggs. It sounds like it anyway. There are def parts of Foggy Mountain Breakdown, or total riffs off it.
The credit in the crew info doesn't mention Scruggs at all, nor does the sondtrack.

I recently bought the OST from "Dillinger" by Barry Devorzon. The music is great and it wasn't too expensive.
If you are interested in getting it, write to me at GOJIRA718@AOL.COM. I have purchased a number of OSTs from this site and all were perfect. I even managed to obtain a copy of "The Delta Force" for an extremely reasonable price especially when you consider what sellers on Amazon and ebay want.

yes its barry de vorzon, the british release had de vorzons main theme in its title sequence which was better placed than the american version which had the rather tacky song were in the money in the title sequence instead. His soundtrack to walter hills hard times is also very similar to the dillinger ost.De vorzon went on to do the sountract to hills the warriors
