Mary Lou Milligan from "All The Way" was pretty hot. Kathy O'Dare, who played her, was also in "Fonzie's New Friend", but as a different character, I think.
Oh, and the legendary Paula Petralunga (may have mis-spelled this). -

I just watched the Love American Style episode that was the first pilot and Richie's dream girl had a mousey friend Corrine Delarosa, she is dorkadorable and her pigtails are so big and bouncy
Side note the girl playing Joanie would have grown up much cuter then Erin Morrin who looked like disaster past season 1 -

Jenny Piccolo, Lorie Beth, just about every extra girl in the show at any point, Fonzie's girlfriend towards the end of the run.
Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it. -
