For being a drama,it's one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Actually funnier than a lot of "comedies" out there. The lines, the facial expressions, they keep me in stitches. Anyone else feel that way?

I know what you mean. "I don't want his cigarettes! I want my cigarettes! Give me my cigarettes!" "Okay Martini! Here's your damn cigarettes!"
      Green Goblin is great!

The focus of the movie was certainly the drama, there is some comic relief and it's actually very good comic relief. Cheswick's outburst is one of the best scenes ever.

I agree, I laughed more during the funny parts of this movie than I do during the whole duration of most comedies. This movie reflects life in general, which is always a mixture of happy/sad, funny/serious, up/down etc. That's what makes it such an affecting drama because it takes you on an emotional ride. Nothing sucks more than a movie that takes itself way too seriously and doesn't give you any room to get to care about the characters

I loved how Danny DeVito was passed the basketball and he turned around and flung it into the fence!
                  LMAO!!!!!!

                      Night Nurse: Mr. Turkle?
McMurphy: Where the beep is he, why doesn't he answer her?
                      Taber: He's jerkin' off somewhere.
Orderly Turkle: Ain't no one jerkin' off nowhere beep
McMurphy: Turkle what the beep are you doing in here? Go out and talk to her.
Orderly Turkle: I'm doin' the same beep thing your doin'- hidin'!
                      Hilarious!
