No Bea Arthur on Soap DVD?

Does anyone remember the episode when Jessica "died" and met Bea Arthur (as an Angel) in Heaven? Now, can anyone tell me why they have never shown that particular scene in syndication? I have season 4 on DVD and it's not there either

That's from the 90 min special that aired in-between Seasons 3 and 4.

When Soap was originally aired on UK tv, the 90 min special wasn't shown. The introduction of series 4 (episode 1) showed a quick clip of Jessica and an angel during announcer Rod Roddy's commentary of the last episode.

They did these clip specials at the beginning of seasons 2, 3 and 4. Two of those specials (including the Bea Arthur one) were released on VHS but have never have been released as part of the series for some reason.
