Hey!
My friend and I have heard from a VERY reliable source that this movie is "one of the fooniest films that was not made to make you LAUFF"
But, we'll see for reals soon when we get the film and just see how foony it is
Bonjour, ya'll

I don't understand how this stayed out of the 'bad movie lists'. Maybe it was better to forget it. This and 'Tarzan' have to be Harris' most embarrassing films. Durn he was a great actor and was in some great movies. But this stuff was bottom feeding at central casting.

Just an observation.
I'm finding that movies and "beauty" are very much alike.
It all comes down to "the eye of the beholder."
I found this film to be a fun past time Which is exactly what a movie should be. This film is in no danger of being listed on AFI's 1000 best films of all time, it's not too thought provoking No one involved in this film had to worry about what to wear to the Academy Awards ceremony But I never found myself bored or looking at my watch a lot, wondering when this film would end. I'm no fan of Richard Harris, or anyone else in this film, so I really don't care if they come off looking "bad." This is simply a "B" Picture It's not high art It's bubble gum for the eyes.
There is no greater sin to me then a boring, numbskull film
Everyone I know bought into Avatar, and most everyone thought that film was the best thing since (Put in your favorite movie title here___________.)
Obviously, you can guess my feelings on that film.
I love these message boards They are here for civil debate and to post ones' thoughts on a movie, for good or for ill.
Notice I didn't insult anyone because someone's opinion differs from mine.
This film entertained ME.
Trust me,

You are so way off base saying Orca was not too thought provoking. It was about considering the consequences of your actions, respecting life and animals, the dangers of being vengeful. It is a great teaching tool for children old enough to see it, giving them very good moral lessons.

I don't know, maybe. But I like silly movies from the 70's. Besides this one gave me a very memorable nightmare when I watched it so I can't diss it. I was only a kid. I just bought "The Swarm". I seem to remember I thought it was more silly than this. Hopefully it is, since I like silly movies, or did I already say that?

If you honestly believe that you really need to see more '70's movies. Not a great movie, but far from the worst of the '70's (or any era).
You can't palm off a second-rater on me. You gotta remember I was in the pink! -

If you are going to say a movie is bad, the smart thing to do is say why. Otherwise your post just looks like you are trolling. This movie was not bad. It had a good story.
