I saw something like this on TV when I was younger and I think the beast was killed by a guy with a ski pole and the beast showed up at some beauty pageant and everyone panicked. If this is the same show let me know.

I have this movie on a 20 Chilling Movie Pack from Mill Creek Entertainment and I just finished watching it. And yes, it was the same movie. The pageant the beast showed up at was the crowning of the Snow Queen for the Winter Carnival at the resort.
