According to the episode of "Married With Children" where Al Bundy's boss at his fast-food side job was Pauly Shore, I believe "boner" also means a mistake.
Pauly: Bundy, you pulled another burger boner.
It makes sense, since "anal" also means fussy and orderly. At the end of the day, a network is safe from censorship when it comes to the dictionary. -

And now, Dick Butkus has died. Given his surname, you would think that he would prefer to be billed as “Richard Butkus.” I don’t follow sports, so the Saturday morning sitcom “Hang Time” is how I first heard of him, back in ‘98 when he replaced Reggie Theus as the coach. “HANG Time” with Dick. The jokes write themselves. R.I.P.
