In the softball episode, why isnt Venus playing center field?

I understand that Les has to make the catch in right field for dramatic affect, but playing Jennifer in center and Venus in left field is just crazy.

Seems like two guys flanking Jennifer because she couldn't catch a fly ball.

Now that I think about it, Les batted third, also. You should have your best hitter batting third. Andy was a terrible manager.

That's because Les WAS the "manager", it was his idea, remember?
