So is he one or does he just think he is one?
Either way he is pretty scary and dangerous!
But if he isn't, why the flashbacks where the townspeople are hunting him or are those just fantasies of his?
Why the obsession with drinking blood and why does Tata Cuda say that he is Nosferatu and that he will kill him and tell him when he sees him
"Nosferatu. Vampire! First I will save your soul, then I will destroy you"
But then, he doesnt have fangs, can walk around in daylifght so is he really just a man who is dangerously deluded? -

Martin is most certainly a Vampire, just not a supernatural one; any human who drinks human blood can be considered a vamp, but not the kind with super-strength, etc.
There's no magic.
There's no real magic ever.
