I never noticed and now find it interesting the poster features the name of Micheal O Keefe, who I presume is the young male lead out of all the other caddies with the most lines, among the four other comedy heavyweights of movies and TV.
Was there anyone at the time who would have recognized his name and seen the movie because of him?

Yeah, true. I had totally forgotten that was him in the film. He actually led it while all the comedy heavyweights were supporting players and they all dominated the film, leaving O'Keefe in the dust.
