My vote goes to the Napeleon Dynamite-looking Caddy who says "you know I've often though of becoming a golf club."
And when teh bishop says "put me down for 5," and in the background he holds up eight or nine fingers. -

He's good. I like the little girl with the BIG hair. Tells the lifeguard to shave his ass. I think in the begining of the movie, you see her struggling with Czervik's bag, but you can't tell its her because she keeps her hair tucked under her hat, so you're supposed to think she's a boy. But then they get to the pool and its like, how'd she fit it all under there?

That was Joey D'Annunzio in the movie. Played by Maria Scelza (or something like that) In the movie there were three D'Annunzio siblings as caddies. Tony (the older one and Nemesis of Danny), Andy (the one who jumps on Danny at the Caddyshack and winds up breaking the gumball machine) and Joey (the girl).

Yes! The Napoleon dynamite guy's great. Especially his goofy face when he's Ty's caddy in the big playoff at the end.
I also like the fat bloke in the blue t-shirt who jumps into the pool and sucks his stomach in when Lacey goes past.
