Best 'hardly in the movie' character

Is Spaulding also the one who's in the background trying to golf when Noonan and the Judge are chatting on the green? Whoever it is, after each crappy swing he screams "st!. aole!s*T! double farts!".
Also, another great cliche character they threw in there, who you'll know by this 2-word quote: "DOG FOOD!!??!!!??" -

Danny's dad was a great character. The part where he doesn't even know who is nephew is was hilarious. Then he busts Danny putting a bunch of change in the college jar. When Danny said he had 4 or 5 Cokes, he says "What are you, a diabetic?". It was a good early scene in the movie.

Definitely the guy fishing when Al's boat barrels into his small boat smashing it. His eyes bugged out so big! Cracked me up!
And also
the little old lady who says "That must be the tea." after the butler drops the tea tray when Judge Smails pushes him while chasing Danny in his house.
