Do you say each individual letter or do you say it like two words?

Well, in the movie they are called "imperial walkers", so you can pronounce it anyway you like. for the record, at-at is perfectly fine way to say it rather than A.T.A.T. ("all terrain armoured transport" for those who don't know)

at-at, as in saying the word 'at' twice. Sounds way cooler than saying each individual letter.

From the old toy commercials they said it that way "@-@".

Yes, when the movie came out, all the commercial (professional) pronunciations of the acronym AT-AT was "at at", as in the two words.

Imperial Walker sounds more impressive for this dinosaur looking tank that shoots lasers. At-At sounds like you have gas.

OK then how do you say AT-ST? Like at-stuh? Your story is full of holes. Say the letters.

I say each individual letter. I believe thats the right way to say it.

That's the way I've always said it just from seeing the name in print without hearing it in a movie or a commercial.

If it's "at-at" then what about the at-st?
