had to be the baby Scanner. Somehow the thought of a fetus scanning someone from the womb is humorous to me. Plus, didn't they show the woman's belly quivering a little bit?

Haha.
Personaly, I found the shaking caused by 'scanning' to be the funniest thing. BUT only if i'm thinking about the 'acting' that has a person do such a thing.
Same goes with the acting of Mr Lack. If I look at it from the characters perspectiveit's understandabe. BUT as soon as I'm thinking in terms of acting actorssssit's highly hilarious.
I'm suprised there isn't a youtube channel dedicated to people recreating such brilliant work
On a side note: I always found the trainstation scenes to be funny also.
For the first time (and second?) we watch the head of security meet with 'someone'. The camera angles and placement gives the intention of a secret meetingwith a secret someone. SO when the camera in the final 'trainstation' meeting pans to Revukkkk. I can't help but laughas if we didn't know!
Bloody endearing it is

Jeez. Are people that easily amused by outdated technology? You guys need to get out more.
I thought this scene where Revok tells
Keller
to kill
Ruth
was pretty funny.
Keller "Really? But I thought you said you didn't"
Revok "Kill him. REALLY." -

In 1980, most computers were "one step away from vacuum tubes". It wasn't simply a matter of trotting down to the Office Depot and carting the latest away in your backpack

When Cameron interupts the doctor who's giving a medical exam to a patient and holds up the Ephemerol capsule, the doctor looks serious and tells his patient that he'll be right back and then adds, "read a magazine". As the patient looks around for one the camera follows his gaze and there are no magazines anywhere!
Apart from that gag I can actually take the rest of the film quite seriously, despite how silly some it can seem nowadays.
He left a note. He left a simple little note that said "I've gone out the window." -

Near the beginning when Revok makes the other car run into a wall and it exploded just by hitting it.
Somehow it reminded me this Simpsons joke:
