Who was your favorite Kanisky daughter?

That was a punchline in the first season where Julie had this crush on some stupid jerk boyfriend who dumps her for Katie. Katie and Julie end up catfighting at one point and Sam near the end of the episode is commenting on it as though it was funny and they have had enough and decide to gang up on Sam.

I liked all of them, but for the first couple of seasons, I think that it was Katie & then Samantha. I loved how close Sam & Nell were. I also loved how Katie called Nell mama. And I also thought that was sweet that Julie named her daughter Nell.

I liked them all (I wanted to look just like Katie, of course, when I was 13/14!). But I totally related to Sam, b/c in real life, she's only about 2 years older than I, and I was the BIGGEST tomboy too, who later became reasonably attractive and completely boy crazy

Julie, followed closely by Katie. Samantha was really ugly, esp. w/the braces, just really not my taste at all. I never watched the Samantha-based episodes, b/c I couldn't stand to see her face for that long. With Julie, you just knew without those glasses she was a swan (w/a great brain besides)in disguise. (I also had those HUGE glasses for a while. God, 70's and 80's fashions were often putrid, weren't they?) Katie was gorgeous, but kinda bland personality-wise.

At the time the series was on it was the oldest one. "Katie" I think. Now, after seeing recent pictures of them, I would say "Sam." BTW, nearly all of them "over acted." The reason why is they were taped before a live audience, and few programs did that then. In theater, you must project your voice because there were no microphones. Since microphones were used during live television taping, it sounded like they were shouting. You would see a very big difference today. How the cast of "I Love Lucy," the first to use this concept, did it, I don't know. Probably better qualified sound department.

Samantha by far. She was far more interesting and funny out of the three. Never really cared for Julie and Katie. They had such bland personalities
Even DJ and Stephanie Tanner from Full House were far more interesting than them.
