Well this was made in 1981, so oh well.
I'd say Farrah Fawcett or Tara Buckman, no contest.
Farrah was just 34 and Buckman was probably in her 20's.
Also the waitress the Sheik called, explained already!

A lot of hot girls in the movie. But my choice would be a toss up between Adrienne Barbeau, the lady cop who stops her and the waitress at the drive thur. Damm the waitress was sooo hot too.

There are so many hot women in this movie! We think alike, here. BTW, that lady cop was Valerie Perrine, who isn't that bad looking, either. I guess that is just another reason that makes this such a fun movie to watch, too.

What part of the movie does the waitress appear in? Anyone have a time marker or at least a beginning/middle/end to point to? Before or after what scene?
