There is the movie Breeders. Has two or three scenes in it.
A movie called Space Chase has one too, though shown offscreen mostly.
Chicken Park has a giant rooster playing with a woman. It doesnt have tentacles though so likely not what you are looking for aheh -

On the same note I remember seeing a similar movie myself some time ago, unfortunately it was almost over already so I only saw the ending, in it there were only three survivors by the end, they were in lab or compound that was in a desert, it might have been on another planet or earth, don't remember that, there is a monster stalking them and it snatches away one of the girls, we are treated to scene of the monster taking off her pants and guiding some sort of tube between her legs, similar to Inseminoid, the hero finds her some time after that and takes her with him and the other chick as the lab explodes or something, they walk away thinking they made it and then the raped girl starts experiencing some pain, the movie ends as she doubles over while the other two check on her as the camera fades or pans up.
Does that ring any bell for anyone? -

surprised nobody mention possession (1981) since its pretty much known for its tentacle monster sex scene

Just in case you're still checking your post, there is FORBIDDEN WORLD a.k.a MUTANT. June Chadwick get its into her head that the best way to deal with the malevolent creature is to offer herself and her costar Dawn Dunlap to the beast. So first the obligatory shower scene where they prepare each other, then off to confront the beast.
Yeah, that plan did not turn out so well.
