I saw this movie when it cam out in late 1981, at 14 years old. I again sawand taped it a few years later. The tape was lost long ago somehow.
I found the tape that was made available for sale years ago. It was cut up SO badit was not really watchable !!
For yearsI sought this on-linebut never could find the REAL versionother than a foreign language version.
FINALLY someone has the nearly full version out there. It is slightly over 3 hours long. MUCH better than that butchered version sold earlier. In factit looks nearly un-cut. MUCH easier to follow than the other one !!
